A large 2 form entry primary school in Leeds are seeking to recruit a year 6 class teacher to start after October half term (or sooner!). This contract is a fixed term contract and will last at least 2 terms with a view of a direct contract at the end..

The school has been rated "good" in their most recent Ofsted visit, and are looking to find a teacher that will be able to hit the ground running and ensure the schools impeccably high standards are maintained.

Due to the important nature of the role, the successful candidate will have the desire to fully immerse themselves with their new role and will be expected to take on the full responsibilities of a class teacher, including attending parent's evening and attending school trips. The school are encouraging applications from NQT's to highly experienced teachers but the successful candidate must have a brilliant understanding of the SATs and be able to demonstrate this within an interview.
