My client are a well known brand who are looking for Web Chat/Customer Service Advisors to join their team based in Leeds. This role will involve shift work and candidates will be required to work occasional weekends.

As a Web Chat/Customer Advisor your duties will include:

* Liaise directly with customers and answer all general enquiries

* Provide technical solutions for customers

* Identify opportunities to upsell

* Respond quickly and efficiently to all customers

* Provide a personal and professional experience for all customers

As a Web Chat/Customer Advisor you will have the following skills:

* Previous experience of online web chat would be ideal

* Previous customer service/sales experience is essential

* Excellent written communication skills

* The ability to multitask and hit KPI's
