 I am working on behalf of a digital consultancy who are looking to build out their User Research function with multiple hires.

This consultancy specialise in large-scale digital transformation projects for large government and healthcare organisations with a big focus on user-centred design.

You will be part of an Agile delivery team collaborating closely with UX Designers, Content Designers and many more to help shape product strategy and customer journey.

Key Skills

3-5 years' experience User Researcher experience.
Proven track record in delivering actionable insights and user-centred designs.
Strong track record in working in Agile delivering environments
