JOB ROLE
* Supporting and motivating and encouraging staff to create and deliver training material across the business
* Stakeholder meetings to discuss training and development plans
* Recruiting delivery staff to grow the team
* Managing Tutors, Assessors and IQAs
* Overall responsibility for the delivery of training for the company across its funded learning programmes from assessment to achievement for progression into employment
* Knowledge of ESFA funding and performance rules, OFSTED Education Inspection framework
