Due to this expansion, we are now looking to appoint a Training & Development Manager who can continue to coach and develop all members of the team.
Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs across the business.
Deliver monthly training sessions in alignment with each Consultant's individual training plan
Design a training course for the Gilbert Meher graduate academy program and deliver this regularly
1 to 1 on the job coaching with Consultants
Deliver company-wide presentations on key training topics
Implement a culture of sharing best practice between all employees
