We have a fantastic opportunity for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pudsey, Leeds.
The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and hard-working. Similar previous experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contacting potential applicants and clients to build/develop relationships
* Receiving and reviewing job applications
* Managing interviews, thoroughly screen candidates and completing background checks
* Guiding candidates through the whole process, including training requirements and career opportunities
Essential Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be analytical and methodical in your approach
* Be able to act quickly and decisively
Salary is negotiable, based on experience.
