Senior Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Services

A significant player in financial services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a new team in mergers and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record managing large scale mergers and acquisitions, from both a physical element and stakeholder management perspective.

A good knowledge of FCA regulations is required, along with experience dealign with change controls, due diligence and investment proposals.

The role can be based remotely, with occasional travel to the offices in Yorkhire and London, as well as regular site visits across the UK.
