We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruitment consultant to assist in the growth of our business. Bradshaw Bretton Healthcare is a Recruitment agency that supply temporary and permenant care, support and nursing staff to business's across the North of England. You will be based in our office in Leeds. You will have a can do approach and be proactive in learning all aspects of the recruitment process including, but not limited to:
Business development (Working through daily, weekly and monthly set targets to increase business productivity)
Contacting clients (Booking appointments and making follow up calls, handling complaints/ queries, booking shifts and client appointments)
Recruiting candidates (Placing adverts for Care / Nursing staff, interviewing, chasing references / DBS checks, updating the staff / Client database CRM system)
Filling Temporary and permanent roles (Advertising through online websites or local newspapers)
