We are a Block managing agent looking after a portfolio of residential apartments in Leeds and we are now recruiting for a Property Manager. Working closely with Management Companies, Directors, Shareholders, Solicitors and Accountants, we facilitate the management process and organise the day-to-day management of the communal buildings and grounds.
As Property Manager you will be responsible for:
* Handling of day to day issues and dealing with queries from Leaseholders.
* Regular Block Inspections.
* Attendance at Quarterly Directors Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
* Appointment and supervision of maintenance contractors.
* Negotiation and arrangement of annual maintenance contracts.
* Arrangement of Insurances.
