Advantage are currently recruiting a Parts Administrator/ Warehouse operative for one of our clients based in the Leeds area. This is a straight permanent role and is available immediately for the right candidate!

The role involves:

* Assisting customers by identifying their part needs, checking of stock availability on Sage

* Managing deliveries into the warehouse, any delivery documentation, booking in stock and updating internal records with stock arrivals on computer

* Managing customer orders booking out of stock

* Providing an efficient packing and delivery service for customers, franking all postal requirements and ensuring parts are protected for delivery

* Processing any customer sales orders & enquires, via telephone and email

* Ensure a smooth running of the warehouse, access and good in & out processes are up to date. Following Health & safety procedures
