Our client is a prestigious law firm - they are now looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their busy and expanding Housing Management and Property Litigation team in Leeds. You will also be providing support to their London office, so you will need to communicate between the two.

The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a broad range of matters including possession proceedings based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers, injunction proceedings, disrepair claims and claims against leaseholders including forfeiture.

The standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is £19,000 to £21,000 + Benefits. This role is a permanent position. You will be required to be in their office at least 2 days a week (flexibility where required).
