I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced professionals. This individual with be responsible for managing a manufacturing team, plant and materials in a culture of performance. Review and action areas of improvement, promote open communication, employee involvement and continuous improvement in support of achieving the Business Goals and Objectives.
