Legal Counsel, 3 - 5 Years PQE, Leeds.

LNT Group comprises 5 core businesses ranging from racing cars to construction and care homes. In recent years the Group has seen huge change and growth, as such a need has arisen for an experienced legal professional to join the business as it embarks on an exciting journey.

You will assist the main board directors with the legal input required for business acquisitions and disposals, shareholders agreements, commercial agreements and corporate governance. In addition, the role supports the Board (and ensures compliance) on the co-sec side. You will help manage all external legal advisers, in particular on corporate transactions and property purchases (but you do not need property law knowledge - this is very much a commercial role).
