Here at Border to Coast, we are now looking for a junior to mid-level Legal Counsel to support us in the delivery of effective legal advice within the organisation and liaison with external suppliers, external legal resource and other counter parties when required.

Keeping up to date with legislative changes which impact the organisation, you will review, negotiate, draft and amend an array of contracts, risk assessing and advising stakeholders of their options and risks. You will support the development of our investments products, attend meetings with key stakeholders to advise and provide legal support during the commercial tendering and negotiation phases to ensure implementation of relevant risk management policies. You will also take accountability for the compliance with Public Procurement Regulations, GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and the Freedom of Information Act, ensuring requests for information are dealt with appropriately.
