Our client is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator in Leeds, LS9
The role requires a DBS certificate already in place due to the role being in a hospital.
20 hours a week, 4 hours a day (Monday to Friday)
Basic hours will vary from - 07:00 am to 11:00 am , 08:00 am to 12:00 noon & 09:00 am to 13:00 pm
This role will also requires cover for sick/annual leave - 07:00 am to 19:00 pm /19:00 pm to 07:00 am
£8.72 per hour plus holiday paid in advance paid weekly
Duties Will Include:
1. Receive and manage calls in a courteous manner
Generate standard management reports for the Trust and others as requested
To contact and pass on relevant details to external service providers
To provide standard management reports
Provide information re: fault calls to rest of ENGIE maintenance team
