Help Desk Administrator - Leeds - Temporary

Location: Leeds

Salary: £12.00p/h Umbrella Rate

Hours of Work: 8am - 12pm (Will require to cover some extra shift as well i.e. 7am-7pm)

A World Leading Service provider who operates on an international scale is looking for a Help Desk Administrator based in the Leeds area. This role is a temporary role so the successful candidate will have to be available immediately and must have experience in working for an FM company before plus must have use Concept Evolution and Dynamics before. The role is paying at £12.00p/h LTD.

Key responsibilities:

·Handling telephone and email queries from clients and engineers on outstanding and ongoing work orders.

·Categorising and resourcing the correct engineer based on skills and proximity to work location.

·Contacting other branch members with regard to queries on purchase orders, thresholds and call-out responses.
