General Builder/working site foreman. Full-time position.
Position summary
LCC Restorations is a niche traditional building restoration company who specialise in the restoration and maintenance of listed buildings, and building of significant or architectural interest. Our contracts are primarily within the Yorkshire counties and are of a commercial nature, but do sometimes venture into the domestic field.
LCC Restorations are employed on a Principal, Main and sub-contractor basis, and have acquired a substantial portfolio of prestigious works with many repeat clients. Our workload is ever increasing, and we are now seeking to employ an additional working Site Foreman, who has an excellent and broad knowledge of current and traditional construction methods.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a site with regards labour, H & S, quality and progress.
