Digital Operations Engineer | Leeds | £33,000

Gravitas are looking for individuals with a unique blend of experience to come and join a business as they continue to develop their E-commerce offering and develop their digital presence within the market. This role offers the opportunity to have direct impact upon the E-commerce strategy of one of the most well know brands based here in Leeds.

The role will see you act as a pivotal link between the support desk and the E-commerce team to help deal with the increasing traffic and demand for the system. You will be responsible for all support desk tasks for the platform and also responsible for spotting patterns/trends to allow you to develop and improve the platform.

Essential skills:

- 1st/2nd line support experience

- Degree qualification in an IT related topic

- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to forecast and plan ahead
