1st Select currently have a vacancy for a Business Support consultant to join our ever-growing team. You will be working alongside experienced recruitment consultants specialising in the built environment. Working as part of a successful & experienced team you will be integral to our growth plans and be given the opportunity to progress your own career immediately.

1st Select started in 2016 and has grown rapidly from our humble beginnings. We currently have 8 consultants and a payroll team. 2021 was our best year and we are looking to progress and grow the business.

Work involved:

Calling candidates to obtain compliance (good telephone manner)

Sending mailshots both post and email

Formatting CV's

Updating the database

Hours of work are 09:00 - 17:30
