We are currently recruiting for an experienced behaviour support specialist for a large primary school academy, within the Leeds local authority. This position is to commence as soon as possible until the end of the academic year with further opportunity to extend contracts for the right individual.

There is a strong emphasis on behaviour management in this role, and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability of implementing effective behaviour management strategies. You will be required to work throughout school offering 1 to 1 support to pupils who may need additional support within the classroom.

Due to the highly specialist nature of this vacancy, candidates must have previous behaviour support experience. You will be incredibly flexible, adjusting your level of support to meet the requirements of each individual student, whilst allowing each child the opportunity to enhance their independence and grow their individuality.
