We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our team at The Paceys. The Paceys is situated in Swillington , near Leeds. It is a 7 bedded service which provides short breaks (respite care) to adults with learning disabilities from all over Leeds. The people who visit us have varied needs and abilities and we aim to offer a holiday experience with individuals' favourite foods and activities. We offer in-house activities such as arts and crafts, a cinema experience, zoom fitness classes and sensory experiences. We like to go out and about visiting local places of interest.

We need someone with good leadership and effective communication skills who will work alongside the manager to lead the team towards an Outstanding CQC rating.
