We are looking to recruit a Apprentice trained Fabricator/Welder on a permanent basis for our client based in West Leeds, you will working for an organisation that specialises in Pressure Vessels. The company has been trading for over 100 years and is 5th generation family ran. 

You will be tasked with Marking out materials, cutting, Bending and fabricating pressure vessels & other fabrications from technical drawings. 

The role:

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Measuring and marking out plates and sections for cutting, shaping and drilling.

Oxy & plasma cutting Carbon & Stainless steel 

Using edge preparation machines.

Drilling & tapping holes.

Using plate rolling & forming machines.

Welding to ASME & BS5500 specifications using MIG/MAG, TIG, & Sub Arc.
