A fast paced and tech savvy legal company are looking for you to join them as a 1st Line Support Analyst.
You will be able to provide excellent customer service and be a great investigator and problem solver!
Your role will be to manage incidents through the support desk ticketing system; ensuring they are logged and resolved in a timely manner. You will ensure you provide regular updates whilst working to SLA's and escalating issues to the 2nd Line Support team if needed.
Location: Leeds, although travel to other sites may be required.
Salary: circa £24k
Working Hours: Shift rota between 8am - 6pm
Experience of working in a similar helpdesk or technical support role is required. Experience of the following is also highly desirable: Windows Operating systems, Servers, Active Directory, Networking, Office 365 and experience of a IT Support ticketing system.
